We’re on the lookout for a passionate Customer Experience Representative to join Addressfinder on a fixed-term basis to cover a 12-month period of parental leave. You'll play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of our address verification tools – from onboarding and support to long-term success.

The role

We’re after someone who is customer-obsessed, service-oriented and thrives on helping others succeed. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers are supported from their trial period through to long-term use.

We value collaboration and enjoy face time with our colleagues in our hybrid working Wellington office – as well as a great coffee!

  • A background in customer service and/or sales support
  • Proactive, results-driven and confident communicator
  • Excellent listener with strong verbal and written skills
  • Friendly and empathetic – customers love talking to you
  • Tech-savvy and keen to learn new systems
  • Resilient and persistent – challenges don’t faze you
  • Your attitude matters more than experience – we’ll support your growth!

What your day might look like

  • Supporting trial users to help them successfully onboard
  • Proactively checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our product and marketing teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Helping maintain our customer knowledge base
  • Managing accounts and resolving billing queries
  • Sharing customer feedback with our product team to help shape new features
