Middle Eastern food made by cooks with a refugee background
Today’s Middle Eastern team lunch was made by former refugees from Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Syria, Iran and Iraq. It was super delicious. Their extensive catering menu uses authentic recipes and methods. It includes options to suit all tastes and food preferences. We had chicken rice, fattoush salad, falafel, kuku sabzi and baklava.
